Get out of this Johnson

er, er, errr - we WERE having a WORKING lunch,
with a buffet,
which of course,
we are allowed to do!
We had it in the open air
to enforce covid restrictions
and reduce the likelyhood of anyone catching it!
Its just those playing politics
who want to undermine what we have to do.
What the people of this country want
is an end to covid restrictions
and we are getting that done.
We have the fastest rollout of vaxines of any country in Europe
and we are getting up to one million boosters a day.
Thats what the people of this country want!
We are getting on with the job!

Rule Britannia

[btw - you might work for the BBC, but just sod off or Il have you fired!]

There does seem to be a concerted effort of leaks and stories designed to portray him in a bad light, and presumably from within the inner circle.

Where‘s Michael Gove atm?

If that's a party it's pretty odd. Looks to me like four separated groups meeting out of doors. I see one bottle of wine on Johnsons table, but that looks like relaxing after work or a lunch meeting. Not the best picture to prove a rave up.

Everyone drinks wine while they work don't they
They do if they live above the office and are sitting in the back garden. I drink wine at my office all the time - and I work from home too.

There's so much you can get Johnson on, this one seems ridiculous. I've done the 80 year working class dad test - and he thinks it's all BS. He's a good indicator of British sentiment is my Dad. Not a huge fan of Boris but a fair bloke.

On that day funerals were only allowed to have six attendants even outdoors.

There's also clearly bottles of wine on all the tables, so you haven't scrutinized it that hard - unsurprisingly.

I think Br14's dad, as nice a bloke as he may be, misses the point. I went to a funeral of a school friend during lockdown. It mad ethe entire affair particularly difficult for his family. At the same time, these ***** are... Oh I dunno, laughing at us.
