Top class it's been years since we had a CF who could do that.

Looks like a cross between Viduka and Ronaldo in that link. Brilliant stuff.
And if your forming opinions fromLooking at those highlights on the twitter link, it's a good job you're not the manager then!

you know something wrong when you’re buying a centre half based on his goal

mind I suppose that summed up the regime at the time.
Funny old game because I was more impressed with sporar, and think he’s the best striker we’ve had at the club since bamfordAnother gem from "careful with the chairman's money" Tony Pulis.
Wonder if the penny has finally dropped for Gibson yet that the bloke is an absolute fraud? I'd be embarrassed to look back and think I trusted him to do a "top to bottom review of the club".
As for Uche. Best all round centre forward display since Bamford was here. In a strange way it's a good job he's not prolific because he'd be playing for a bigger club if he was.
Totally agree with that.Funny old game because I was more impressed with sporar, and think he’s the best striker we’ve had at the club since bamford

The only thing I worried about with Uche on Saturday was a second yellow, the ref seemed to think that the physical battle that Flint and McGuiness were waging (and losing) involved Uche fouling. He's so strong he doesn't need to foul he was holding off the pair of them quite legally. He must have been bruised all over on Sunday morning. Hell of a shift he put in. Sporar is the one more likely to score the goals but I bet if you asked Flint and McGuiness who they had the hardest time with it would be Uche.
Ye I can get on board with thatHe is definitely the best striker since Bamford, no argument here. He's a far more intelligent player than Uche.
I just thought bar some decision making, Uche was immense. If he had that decision making/ruthlessness he'd be a premier league player. But he doesn't.
Couldn’t he do a similar to mccoldrick state sheff utd?I've thought since Wilder was appointed that Uche could be one of the ones who leave. Can't fault his effort but I just don't see him fitting into the new system and regime.

Didn’t say he was. You don’t have to be the same playerHe’s Nothing like McGoldrick.
I just thought you meant he could do a similar role but I don’t see that with Uche. As much as I don’t mind him. Would take the actual David McGoldrick though on an 18 month deal if it’s a possibility. Would be a brilliant signing, love watching him at this level.Didn’t say he was. isn't mobile enough, blows after 65 mins, get him to cover the ground that McGoldrick does and he'll blow after 20Didn’t say he was. You don’t have to be the same player
I would have done a season ago, he's tipping towards the end of his career nowI just thought you meant he could do a similar role but I don’t see that with Uche. As much as I don’t mind him. True but I would probably still take a punt for 18 months or so. Obviously if we have younger and better forwards in the pipeline then go for them. Balogun would be goodI would have done a season ago, he's tipping towards the end of his career now
