This is so true basic hygene goes a long way.It's been doing the rounds where I work. Couple of staff members have actually been off sick with chest infections.
Amazingly I haven't caught it but then since the start of this pandemic I've stopped getting head colds. I used to average 3 or 4 head colds a year.
I think handwashing has been a big reason behind that. Touching contaminated surfaces and then touching your face is one of the biggest causes of the spread of infection. I now use hand gel regularly whilst on shift.
