14 to go Andrez

As loathe as I am to defend him, Assombalonga scored a good number of goals exactly like that for us.
I'm willing to be corrected mate but he really didnt - can you find a video of him scoring a similar one.

Dont think ive ever seen Britt run one take a touch out his feet and strike it from an angle near the edge of the box with such precision and power.

Not from the edge of the box, but Birmingham away last year, I think he scored in similar fashion.
3:55 in this video i think is the one you mean.

Being fair its one of Britts better finishes he was half decent this game - but nowhere near that strike from last night.

I'm going to back you up there, I don't recall him scoring any like that, nevermind a "good number".

He did for forest, I actually saw him lash one in for them on that sky show 'EFL Classics' or whatever its called.

Agreed, my memory had Britt hitting it from a bit further out than that, but I am getting on a bit now.

Sporar's movement and finish was from a player a cut above championship level and his general game backed this up.
I just hope this is the level we continue to see from him and it wasn't a one-off, first full game, adrenalin fuelled cameo.

3.07 arguably, though I doubt long range screamers count

I suppose the difference is that most of Assombalonga's goals have been him running on to a ball too but he almost always places it low even if it's still with power, so it looked less impressive.
I'd argue there's just as much precision involved with that, if not more.
There were more of a similar ilk but I'm guessing it's the overt power in the shot you're wanting.

The one on 3:05 is a very good goal but not the power of last night.

Britt was just a poor poor wasteful striker and is shows that no one wanted him after he left us with a whimper

I don't think Assombalonga was a good striker for us, although he scored a decent number of goals, don't get me wrong, I just don't think Sporar's goal last night was that rare a thing.

Good goal and a promising start for him, but we've had plenty of well struck goals since JFH was here.

I can't either, could be wrong mind
