Opened my Boro stats last night & somehow, apart from last seasons loaned players history, every other loaned players history of games played, goals, sub or started, have been wiped from 1997 to 2019/20, ahhhhhhhhh 😴

Started building it back up today, stopped for a bit of gardening between the rain

Finally, all now corrected, saved & copied to another folder

All 104 loanees, from Stephen Pears in November 1983 to present, Andraz Sporar, spanning over 1358 games in total now complete :) (If my checking is right)

I'm not sure if this other folder is your "backup". If it is, copy it to a another device or better still copy it to something like Google Drive to store it in the "cloud".

Anyone who has all their photographs stored digitally (most of us) or any other valuable (to you) data make sure you have a backup somewhere else. So if you use a PC or a Mac use cloud storage or a USB drive to keep a secure copy and preferably more than one. If not, if your device dies all your photographs (etc.) go with it. Storage is very reliable nowadays but any device can fail or you can experience a power surge or lightning strike that will destroy it.

I have a second hard drive installed on my laptop which is my 1st back up, then Google Drive & One Drive are 2nd & 3rd back ups, Windows Back Up facility copies to an SD card for back up no 4. And every so often I do a manual back up to an external USB drive for the 5th copy.

if it is just 1 file and fairly small then email it to yourself and it would always be stored in your email

I didn't realise sporar had played that many games for us.
