who knows, he's had a couple of really bad loans and some injury issues. Might end up having to drop down the leagues to work back up over a few season, but I wouldn't write his career off at 20Living in dreamland if you honestly think he will make it. I’m afraid non league beckons next season
The older he has got he has slipped back from being a promising youngster. Just doesn’t look capable at cutting it in the leagues for men. Harsh but probably true.who knows, he's had a couple of really bad loans and some injury issues. He's still 20 mate, not 24, most kids don't get anywhere near a first team until this age. I agree he hasn't lived up to his early promise yet, but that doesn't mean he won't. He did get a little run at MK Dons then got injured. I think he got 5 goals in 10 starts and a handful of sub appearances for them that season which isn't too shabby for a 19 year old in League One. It's a make or break year for him, for sure.Well we will have to agree to disagree- injuries apart. Correct me if I’m wrong but did he not hold down a first team start at either Crewe or MK Dons?
Would love a local lad to make it I just don’t think he is good enough.
