I am not sure you can call Hamilton the luckiest of all time in fairness, he was on poll and got a great start, he made all his own luck.
Bottas has caused the bad luck for himself and others through his negligence, but equally some others have benefitted more than Lewis, vettel and Ocon for example. The race has a long way to go and Hamilton still has a lot of work to do to win this.
