Anyone else in 30s struggled to book Covid jab?

More than likely been brainwashed by a Karen on Facebook who's better equipped to advise you during a pandemic than a qualified virologist is. 👎👎
That's exactly it. I'm all for personal choice but the power of misinformation in this day and age of the internet and social media etc is massively damaging to so much. Dread to think of the amount of money it is costing in wasted appointments etc

I will just keep asking for advice. As mentioned I don't think the likes of the Riverside etc I am able to be considered for, given me being in R&C .. or so I have been told by advice from telephone enquiries I have made a lot over the past few weeks.

Seems there is a wait until such a place is available for my side the area, but I hope something will pop up out the blue at the place most in my area have been getting theirs booked, or at least were with pre-existing conditions in the high-risk category.

I will keep checking and see if I can get this hurried up as it's been a long time now and they are already down to the under 30s .. frustrating stuff.
Know loads from Redcar who have been jabbed at Riverside.

Are we short on vaccines or do the young uns not want it as jabs being given has fallen dramatically over the last week or so.

Our lass has helped out at the ground today. Just told me that over 100 failed to turn up yesterday.:mad::mad:. Must had some good reasons.
Wouldn’t be surprised if it were young lads and lasses who had a bit too much watching the semi final and couldn’t be bothered to go down.

I’m I my early 40’s (yes, hard to believe I know) and my second jab got moved forward. I could get it within 48hrs if being told I could move it forward.
All done at the Riverside, very well organised. But I was waved through no queue even though I was early, it was very quiet. I really hope I’m wrong but the next few weeks could be chaos

We will soon see .. Hopefully, it doesn't go too crazy! I was pleased with how quickly it all went and how well organised the staff were when I got my jab. They're doing a great job. On arrival, it looked like it was going to take ages, fortunately, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes ..

There is a waiting room they send you to after your jab that I didn't expect, mind .. I think you're meant to remain there for observation fifteen minutes but I got out in barely ten, there were a fair few starting to make a fuss, understandably ... I don't envy the guy who has that job minding the patients :ROFLMAO:

Expect a surge of people wanting the jab as pubs and restaurants prepare to introduce compulsory Covid passports to gain entry.

And meanwhile the great responsible British public have found a novel way of avoiding being pinged and and to isolate

That makes for depressing reading. Not so much the Covid passport stuff but the rising instances of people deleting the NHS app.
