Colin Baker was definitely the worst of the doctors by some considerable distance. I'd be happy with us signing Tom Baker or Patrick Troughton though, although the latter has been dead for quite some time so he probably wouldn't be much good at football these days.
William Hartnell was better than Patrick Troughton but Jon Pertwee was and remains the best. I saw him once in a supermarket in Cyprus.

All about opinions mate. I liked Hartnell and Pertwee but I just preferred the other two that I mentioned. Only Colin Baker and Tennant that I'm not too keen on. Thought that Whittaker did her best in the last series but Chibnall is bloody awful and should never have been given the job as showrunner. Should have gone to Toby Whitehouse instead.

Russell T Davies was the ultimate writer. Moffat started the decline and Chibnall has been awful I agree.
Opinions again. We all have 'em. I love Russel T. Davies's other dramas but I much preferred Moffat era Who to his stuff. Way more creative and less puerile. The Matt Smith seasons were the best of new Who for me. And I do really fancy Karen Gillan so that may have something to do with that too.
