The Unofficial "Official" Match Day Thread. Mighty Boro v Bristol City.

Defensively what is going on. The keeper isn't the problem his midfield and defense are leaving him wide open
The keeper isn’t the problem? He is costing us a goal almost every game. No wonder the defence look nervous knowing he is going to spill every shot back into his box

If Bettinelli came and missed you’d all moan. He was never getting there if he came. He can’t do right for wrong half the time. Quite simply the defending is awful. They’re walking through the middle of the park.

'typical Boro'

I guess one positive is that Cardiff are bang on form.

The sides that we are losing too.... Jesus 😒

If only we hadn't recently signed numbnuts like Akpom & Bettinelli.
At least you could hold onto the hope that we limp through this season then 'start again'.
(ie, previous howlers like Britt and Fletcher seen as some sort of recruitment aberration).
But no.....the poor decisions just keep on coming.

Bertinelli is poor, but none of this is his fault, if anything he's made one quality save which he probably shouldn't have done.

The wind caught him out not the third and he wouldn't have got anywhere near it. The ball started slow, so he never committed, then it sped up in the wind and by then it was too late to get out.

The midfield and centre backs, however, non-existent, and very poorly set up.
