They still go for hundreds on eBay - if you do decide to let it go, put it on there and I'm certain someone will pay decent money to repair and use it.
I was the owner of a Linn Sondek LP12 way back when they were fairly new and it was fantastic, but who was the dumbass who let it go and switched from analogue to digital - selling gear that would be worth thousands today (QUAD valve amps and some fantastic Spendor speakers). A big regret now.

Its decent Funky but this was and probably always will be the best thing I have heard by a band from N.Z. Came out in 1986.
