Thats true , but he is not above the law. And there's a big play that he becomes an ordinary citizen.
Problem is if he was to go on trial he would only give his idiotic followers a reason to carry on all this ****

Best for everyone if he just goes in to exile
 
I'm going to throw Brazil into the hat. Bolsonaro might welcome him in return for training. We could do with an interactive map where we can all pin our guesses.

His term ending won't see him disappear from public life, or politics for that matter.

My outside bet would be the creation of a new political party, funded by the money contributed to overturn the election count.

Hes increasingly distant from the Republican party and this weeks events will have given him renewed incentive to whip up unrest and bolster his support.

For the authorities it will be a difficult balance between punitive measures and letting him go unchecked, because ant punishment he receives just reinforces his statregy.

One thing is sure is that we ain't seen the last if him.

And not to mention CNN and the Dems will want his face all over the camera's constantly to excuse and distract from their absolute failure to bring any positive change so desperately required over the next 2 years.

I think that's right. He'll be about or at least one would think one of his kids will be. Don't forget, he did get quite a few votes. What we saw a few days ago doesn't really represent most of his voters.
 
Although Biden and Harris have swerved it. Saying they’re concentrating on putting things in place for after the 20th, and it’s down to Congress. Obviously don’t want their fingerprints on it.
