Ref on Bbc tees clarifies the rule

I don't think its a clear second touch - I am amazed the referee saw it at normal speed. If it was second kick it was less clear than the Zenden one. As said before if I was a Norwich fan I would think that was lucky for my team.

think NW would be doing his nut if it didnt... clearly Tav and NW know it did

But that doesn't mean it can clearly be seen on any of the footage.

The trajectory of the ball doesn't deviate in any of the footage I've seen (and I think I've seen all of it).

The spin of the ball doesn't change in any of the footage I've seen.

The three different angles don't show the ball moving laterally (across the screen) from the sliding foot hitting it. Surely if it was clear then one of the angle would show a measurable movement (i.e. easily provable from consecutive frames).

The fact that there is no definitive frame by frame proof for any of the above is enough for me to conclude that there is no clear evidence. The burden of proof is with those saying it's clear when a large contingent can't see anything. If it didn't move then it's virtually impossible to prove it didn't. If it clearly did then it should be fairly easy to prove it did.
