You insist that he doesn't contribute to the UK but he does. He's in the top 5000 tax payers. He also pays tax in 19 other countries that he earns money in.I admit he deserves it, and without doubt I would give him it, but this is a bloke and his ilk who thinks it right not to contribute to the UK.
Lots of rich people stay here he and the other tax Dodgers are not role models.
If you earn £100m a year pay the £45m I tax, what difference does it make? In 5 years you have almost £250m in the bank and can look in the mirror.
