The refs really don’t like us do they

As someone said on Twitter ref must be a Bolton fan with a long memory.

Unbelievably harsh, he definitely doesn't look to have hit it twice to me.

Harrington began refereeing in the Teesside Junior Football Alliance at the age of 14, having completed a basic refereeing course whilst at school as part of the Duke of Edinburgh award.

After four years as an EFL assistant referee and four years as a National League referee, he was appointed to the EFL Referees List in 2012/13 and has now overseen more than 190 EFL matches.

Tony is the Grandson of Tommy McGuigan, who is in the Hartlepool United record books for top 10 number of appearances and goals for the club.

Very marginal decision against us, nobody would have complained if the goal had stood, he must be trying to make a name for himself.

Nobody has mentioned the lift it gave Norwich either regardless of Coulson‘s error.

Completely robbed today I’m afraid.

Very unfortunate but he kicks it against his standing foot as it slips. I watch without the sound on so didn't hear the whistle or notice the touch but I knew straight away from Tav's reaction he hadn't scored.

TBF our players never do really do they.

What's that got to do with anything? Do you get goals disallowed this year if you didn't score enough last year?

Quite a lot. If we actually scored some goals every now and then we might not be so reliant on a dodgy ref call (or possibly not in this case)

Would be nice if we scored more goals on a regular basis. Still don't see why that failing means we should expect the refs to just guess at reasons to disallow the few we do score.
