I've been veggie for just over 2 years now and I am swaying more and more towards moving to veganism.
The only thing thats stopped me so far is the switch to no cheese but as my main reason for not eating meat is animal welfare, it doesn't sit right with me that I haven't made the full switch yet.
Tofu for scrambled eggs, poached eggs are almost impossible unless you go to a restaurant, used to have vegan fried egg and sausage baps from a market in Brighton but they've gone now. For egg replacement aquafaba is great for meringue etcI've reduced my meat eating a lot recently, especially the red meat. I'm broadly vegetarian much of the time. I'm not sure if I could ever go full vegan though, I'd miss eggs too much. Is there a good vegan sub for eggs?

No.
The things I miss most are chorizo/pizza and chilli con carne. That said, I’ve not tried one with Quorn yet and I expect it’ll probably be decent.
Cheers finnyThere are plenty of chorizo substitutes out there - not sure how good they are mind.
The Sainsbury’s chorizo sausages were ok (no more than that)
Don’t use quorn at all personally.
