Every summer for the past few years I come back from the allotment with 1, 2 or 3 insect bites which means several bites a day, every day, from May/June/July/Aug/Sept.
They are invariably on the neck, back, waist or ankles. Fair enough, midges or mozzies perhaps? But no.
Because sometimes I get bit on my feet, even though I'm wearing thick shoes and socks, armpit, ball sac and yesterday my nob . How the hell a flying insect gets in there without getting squashed I just can't understand.
It is the exact same type of bite so it must be the same thing surely?
I've looked all over the internet and it's doing my head in trying to find out exactly what's biting me cos I've never caught anything in the act ever.
