Lad’s got his mojo back!
No coincidence that he started on the right and we played our best game of the season by some distance. Thought he was excellent, a constant threat and ran himself into the ground. Hopefully the young man feels good about himself and that performance today! Well done Izzy!

Loved that ovation he got from the North stand when he went off, he was a bit embarrassed and didn’t know where to look.

Everyone appreciated how hard he worked. So pleased for him.

He was outstanding. Credit to Crooks too who I thought he linked up well with.

I sit in the north and the standing ovation at the end was a special moment.

As recently as the first playoff game vs Cov , they were very pleased he didn't start the 2nd game.
No full back in this league wants to play against him.
He's also a lot 'smarter ' a player than given credit for.
If he had a semblance of finishing abilities, he'd be a prem player

Saw a few Sheffield Wednesday fans raving about Jones too. He’s much better than our fans give him credit for. Young players tend to have a bit of a dip after their breakthrough season.

His tackling back was impressive today as well. He won the ball back for McGree’s goal.

He was very good today. He wanted the ball, whether it was from a pass from a teammate or by getting back from the opposition.
His energy, and McGree’s, are the reason we won today.

excellent today (as he was when he came on at Sheff Wed), still wasteful, still makes plenty of bad decisions, but you can put up with that when he makes good ones as well. Fair play to him, lets see if he can keep this up for a couple of months and stay positive and not overcomplicate things. If he does that then he'll be a key player

He’s better than everyone else we have in that position. It’s a no brainer. He’s not perfect but who is. He was fantastic today. People need to stop writing him off

His end product/ decision making leaves a lot to be desired a lot of the time but his performance today was a lot better than it has been for quite some time.
