How many Boro fans missed the 4th goal?

Regular whinge about fans leaving early. It started at about 80 minutes with hundreds streaming out. WTF! The team are 3 nil up, playing probably the best football many fans can remember and people are sloping off. I just do. Not get it/ Even from a financial point of view it males the £s per minutes you watch far more expensive. Weird behaviour.

I don't get it either. Has this become a thing since we moved to the Riverside? I can't remember it happening at Ayresome, though I was just a kid then

It's something the part-timers have brought back on their return, to think we give the mackems stick at least they're usually getting beat
BTFT (Boro till full time)

The early-exit traffic-jam is more important than the football.
Thanks for buying a ticket folks ££££££

It's an interesting psychological phenomena that has reached epidemic proportions on Wearside.
The fear of not getting home quickly, the dread of being stuck in a queue for an extra few minutes, and god forbid bring late for your tea.
Worth missing at least one goal just for peace of mind.
😀

No chance of missing any late goals at Sunlun

Utter madness. I never leave early when I go even if it's absolutely dire. I never have any serious issue getting home. Totally baffles me, even more so when we're playing like that.

I was gutted to leave early yesterday, on 85 mins. I had prior arrangements and needed to be away sharpish to get back to Durham and then back to Boro by 7pm. It was either that or miss the game completely.

Missed the 4th goal and was surprised how many people were leaving with me. Most were with young families and older people to be fair but I still just don't get it. Especially like you say we are a constant threat and playing so well.

I bet they don't go early on the last day of the season!
