I know emotions are running high, but right now we don't know what happened.

There was minimal duty of care at the least. Let's wait and see.

Exactly my assumption. Very sad, think the boyfriend might end up with a lot to answer for.

I have no idea if the baby was abandoned. Neither do you. I don't know the circumstances. Try not to be a social media pr*ck. The police will investigate and a judgement will be made.

Perhaps there is some mental health issues. Perhaps the baby was sold. Perhaps the baby died of natural causes.

We have a legal system for a reason. To stop people like you jumping to conclusions.

Exactly.

So sorry for the little one's life been potentially cut so short.

Your point on post natal depression brought back memories too. Believe it or not but I suffered with it after my first was born. Had the two weeks paternity leave and then was back at work 12 hours a day 5 days a week, sometimes 5 and a half of we had weddings on. Didn't see her grow up much for the first 6 months of her life. One night woke up in the middle of the night and just burst into tears with no idea why. Wife sent me to the doctor the next day worries sick about me as my character had been 'off, for a while and the doc said it was depression caused more then likely by the lack of interaction with my new born and the pressures of supporting a new life. Scary times.

Last year I said something offensive and stupid which led me to take about 6 months off this board so I could grow a new brain, it may have been something to do with that. I'm probably still being ignored by loads of people :D
