The Club won't do it, but a cash turnstile on the day would definitely increase the gate.
In Dunc we trust!28,965 to see a rip roaring 3 or 4 nil win after Watmore has already blunted the blades at dinnertime!!!
At a time when energy and food prices are rocketing….not easy for the folks with less in their pocketsTo get 27k home fans the Club is doing well - its back to the days of the Robbo revolution.
There will be at least 27k home fans today.
You really need a good away following from qpr to hit that sort of figureCome on Boro fans it should be 30,000. These are the Good times, as Chic once told us. Best football in 20 years , dynamic young manager , free scoring team , what are you waiting for?
Keep tight hold of your hat if you sing those sort of utd songsCan we legitimately sing; ‘you’ve only come to see the boro’
Or is that a curse
Or would we be turning into Manure supporters and we don’t want that spectre hanging over us
100%. If you look at any of the high profile premier league games there's barely any segregation seats between fans who hate each other.460 QPR and a massive segregated area left empty - madness, we need to re-think how we house away fans better
I think it's down to how the concourses are fenced off. It's been changed a couple of times. I would guess there is no segregation after Block 54. Not sure where else the away fans could go. End of the West Stand Upper?100%. If you look at any of the high profile premier league games there's barely any segregation seats between fans who hate each other.
Where there's a will there's a way, without moving the away fans again.I think it's down to how the concourses are fenced off. It's been changed a couple of times. I would guess there is no segregation after Block 54. Not sure where else the away fans could go. End of the West Stand Upper?
Looks like the South Stand will sell out by lunchtime. Hopefully people will just buy tickets elsewhere. Would be good to see the North Stand full too. Looks like a cracking crowd either way.
There is a lot of incidents with the close proximity of fans to each other even if those incidents don't make it into widespread media they do appear on some social media, I feel the club has it right and until it's possible to guarantee the safety of away fans either through netting or other means then I would keep a wide area as it is.100%. I have chatted with fans over the "divide" at Arsenal, Man city, Spurs, Liverpool etc. Seems that a huge gap incites certain types of fan to act like idiots I'm afraid. Having said that the divide at West Ham wasn't big enough!!100%. If you look at any of the high profile premier league games there's barely any segregation seats between fans who hate each other.
