We Eat Chicken Eggs - Why Not Turkey Eggs?

I get turkey eggs and goose eggs from a lad on Guisborough market on a Thursday, pricey but as a treat Seven minute soft boiled goose egg with toast soldiers is a good all day breakfast. or scrambled as shown below.

I did once on holiday in Namibia. It fed all eight of us at breakfast with generous portions. Tasted delicious as well.

Duck eggs are nice from the farm shop at Thornaby. They sometimes sell Rhea eggs too.
