Started in 2021 has the freeport or any other UK freeport brought any benefits to the local population or even the UK as a whole? Some of the companies I have been involved with looking into moving into the freeport area before the freeport came into being. It was to save costs mainly tax, but none followed through with it and no real mention of them since.
