James Fans

I have seen them 4 times and this was them at their peak, for a venue that size.
They have such a back catalogue that they could have done the gig twice.
I honestly thing they are one of the most underrated bands ever and should be seen as headliners anywhere they appear.
One of my top 10 gigs outside of festivals ever.
Drunk and very satisfied with what I saw tonight.

I like tonybiriyani went along to the Georgian to see The Rezillos and they were brilliant. Didnt play very long(almost an hour and then two encores) but everything they played was class. Their new songs from their forthcoming album were top quality.

My first visit to The Globe and I was very impressed, the set up, staff, security, venue, I was sat in the lower section and the acoustics and lighting was very good. Cracking set list from the band a great mix of old and new songs.

How was the sound there, heard reports it was poor.
At The Rezillos the sound was good were I was stood which was centre about 20 yards back from stage. When they first came on I thought Faye's vocals were a bit muffled but sorted during first song. Whoever said the sound was poor could have moved with ease. There was a good crowd there but not so much that you could not move to a different spot.
Not really ever had bad sound at a gig at The Georgian.

Same here, no issues from where we were stood in the Georgian, only time I can think of with poor sound in there was the Penetration gig a few years back.

Been going to the Georgian for over 30 years and back in the day, the acoustics/sound system was pretty raw!. brickwork/flooring etc can lead to a harsh sound, but much better these days.
Fantastic venue btw

It was a local promoter who mentioned it on his Facebook feed. Looking at the pic he posted he was in the balcony.
I definitely would have went there if I hadn’t gone to The Globe. Haven’t seen them live since 1977.
