    De Zerbi

Brighton seem to have gone through the motions the last few months, reminded me of Silva at Watford when his head was turned. Not surprised he’s leaving but interesting to see where he ends up.

No radio coverage of Fury v Usyk

Talk sport have been promoting something to do with the fight all week, are they not doing commentatory? Ah would help if I read the comment a few above mine, it’s just a watch a long whatever that is.

    Harry Kane injured

I think Toney would fit the England style of player over Watkins, hopefully with Bayern having nothing to play for he can take it easy and be fit for the euros.

    Man City

Agree and I’d usually be excited by a team challenging but Arsenal just play the same way. Smother teams with possession, it’s really poor for the neutral. This Man City is even more boring than Pep’s Barca, at least that had Messi who could produce moments of magic. This Man City are just...

    Gareth Southgate

I know the comments tongue in cheek but his Bolton team had players like Okocha and djorkaeff in them who were skillful players. As for Southgate I hope he wouldn’t go to Man U, I don’t think it would end up being a success. That’s only because I can’t see anyone they appoint being a success in...

Vote Labour and Teesworks Could be the Making of Teesside - So Says Steve Gibson

I’ve been pretty certain Houchen would get back in, those who I talk to who like him seem to really like him and are definitely going to vote. Two separate people with no affiliation to Houchen or the Conservatives have actively tried to get me to vote for him. Others are just apathetic and...

    Parking eye cameras

I’ve seen a lot of people complain about that car park, if you went in one way and out the other it wasn’t registering you as leaving at one point. Parking in Norton in general always seem a contentious point.

    Brighton versus Man City

Agree boring, I find Arsenal boring too as Arteta has Arsenal playing the same style. I prefer watching Liverpool, Man U, Chelsea out of the bigger teams, they have quality but can’t control games for the full 90 so is more entertaining. I’m probably a football philistine but possession...

    Phones at gig's/concerts/festivals

Maybe it’s my phone but the audio playback if I did this would be horrible. Don’t know who including myself would want to listen to it as it would sound awful.

Who's coming down from the Prem?

That game were Luton were 3-0 up at half to go onto lose the game was when I thought they’ve had it. They’d been playing fairly well but not getting any points around that time, now they’re getting no points but playing badly too.

    Haaland & KDB

I would agree with this, I hadn’t watched him consistently before he signed for city and what surprised me was his finishing isn’t as good as I had thought. Not saying he’s a poor finisher but he misses quite a few chances. He gets into great positions so still scores a hatful, but against the...

    Liverpool and Klopp beaten

Don’t really want any of the 3 to win to be honest. There’s something about Arteta and the way him and players behave that annoys me. City just always win. Liverpool based on how they play id prefer them but their fans can be a tad annoying.

Isn't this a kind of match fixing?

Sounds like absolute rubbish, Ian wright flew 6 feet in the air and managed to shout a full sentence before falling.

    FFP Points Deductions

I can imagine a lot of the financial fair play rules going pretty soon if the Saudis keep spending how they do. Country’s FA’s and UEFA won’t want their product weakened by bigger paying teams outside of Europe.

    United v L’Pool

Out of the three teams going for the title I prefer watching Liverpool games because they often struggle to control games for the full match. I find Arsenal and Man City boring to watch as they just dominate the game and often kill then off.

    Brighton

As said will be interesting how it goes long term, doesn’t feel to long ago Southampton were in a similar position. Some bad transfer windows and it could all go wrong.

    Marco Silva - Fulham

They seem to do well against mid to top teams and then are poor against the bottom teams. Stats could completely prove that wrong but just feels that way.

    Klopp leaving Liverpool

For all Gary O’Neil has done at wolves and Bournemouth, Liverpool would be mental to appoint someone who has never managed a team competing to get in the champions league or played in it. They could potentially be champions when replacing Klopp.

    MOTD running order

When I was at uni the sort of people who supported teams because they win things would always complain about any team that wasn’t top 6 being picked for tv. I just assume it’s targeted at these people, Man U could draw 0-0 with no shots on target and it would not be on last.

    Dimi.

Agree with the other sentiments, the keeper position should have been to lose after promotion not just handed to someone coming in.
